Please bring your South African ID or passport, your medical aid card (if applicable), any recent dental X-rays or records from a previous dentist, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete our new patient form.

Call us immediately at 031 234 5678. We reserve emergency slots every day for urgent cases like severe pain, knocked-out teeth, broken teeth, or infections. We will get you seen as quickly as possible — usually within a few hours. After hours, our voicemail provides an emergency contact number.

Yes. For treatments over R5,000, we offer interest-free payment plans over 3 to 6 months. This is arranged directly with our practice — no third-party finance companies involved. We will discuss payment options with you as part of your treatment plan, before any work begins.

Yes. Our practice is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free entry, wide corridors, and an accessible treatment room. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Absolutely. We welcome patients of all ages, including young children. We recommend a first dental visit by age 1 or within 6 months of the first tooth appearing. Our team is experienced with paediatric patients and we take extra care to make the experience positive and fun.
